Rumia wyróżniona za zebranie w ciągu roku około 150 litrów krwi
Rumia została wyróżniona za organizację zbiórek krwi podczas jubileuszu 70-lecia istnienia Regionalnego Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Gdańsku. Podczas gali, która odbyła się w Teatrze Wybrzeże nagrodzono osoby i organizacje zaangażowane w honorowe zbiórki krwi.
Wśród 10 wojewódzkich laureatów, którzy w tym roku zebrali największą ilość krwi, znalazła się Rumia. Nagrodę odebrał przewodniczący rady miejskiej Ariel Sinicki. Miasto w tym roku zorganizowało 3 akcje honorowego krwiodawstwa. Ostatnia odbyła się we wrześniu. Wydarzenie przyciągnęło 130 osób. Kolejna okazja do oddania krwi już na początku 2019 roku, dodaje Ariel Sinicki. Na stronie internetowej Regionalnego Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Gdańsku na bieżąco można sprawdzić jakiej krwi brakuje i gdzie można ja oddać.
