Podyskutują o zagospodarowaniu fragmentu wsi Łężyce i Kąpino
W gminie Wejherowo można jutro podyskutować o planach zagospodarowania fragmentu wsi Łężyce i Kąpino. W Urzędzie Gminy odbędzie się dyskusja publiczna w tej sprawie.
Miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego to przede wszystkim dokument, w którym gminny samorząd określa przeznaczenie danego terenu i warunki jego zabudowy. I tak teren w Łężycach wzdłuż Alei Parku Krajobrazowego ma być przeznaczony głównie na działalność produkcyjno – usługową. Z planem zagospodarowania fragmentu wsi Łężyce, podobnie jak dla części Kąpina, można się zapoznać w Urzędzie Gminy Wejherowo. Przyjmowane są też do nich uwagi.
Dyskusja publiczna w tej sprawie odbędzie się jutro w sali nr 11 – odnośnie Łężyc o 12:00, a Kąpina dwie godziny później.
