Pomorski NFZ uruchomił infolinię kolejkową
Który lekarz – specjalista najszybciej nasz przyjmie i jak długo trzeba czekać na operację. Między innymi z takimi pytaniami można dzwonić na uruchomioną przez pomorski NFZ infolinię kolejkową. Usługa jest całodobowa i bezpłatna. Dzwoniąc pod numer 800 007 796 można się dowiedzieć o liczbie oczekujących i średnim rzeczywistym czasie oczekiwania w województwie pomorskim – na leczenie szpitalne, rehabilitacyjne, stomatologiczne a także badania diagnostyczne tomografem komputerowym oraz rezonansem magnetycznym. – Infolinia ma ułatwić dostęp do danych, które pomorski NFZ udostępnia też na swojej stronie internetowej – wyjaśnia rzecznik NFZ Mariusz Szymański.
