Przystępują do budowy sali przy szkole podstawowej nr 5
W Wejherowie przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 5 powstanie hala sportowa. Podpisano umowę z wykonawcą prac. To inwestycja przygotowywana od dwóch lat.
Miejski samorząd chciał na nią pozyskać rządowe dofinansowanie. Nie tracąc nadziei na otrzymanie wsparcia odpowiednie środki zabezpieczyli radni na wrześniowej sesji rady miasta. Hala ma kosztować ponad 9 mln zł. W hali przy wejherowskiej „piątce” będzie pełnowymiarowe, wielofunkcyjne boisko. Do tego ścianka wspinaczkowa i widownia na około 200 miejsc oraz zaplecze. Hala ma powstać w ciągu 17-u miesięcy, czyli do marca 2020 roku. Po jej ukończeniu zostanie też zagospodarowany teren wokół Szkoły Podstawowej nr 5.
