Nowa polityka przestrzenna w gminie Szemud
Po 12 latach – gmina Szemud – przystępuje do ponownego określenia polityki przestrzennej i określenie zasad zagospodarowania terenu gminy. Mieszkańcy z tzw. studium uwarunkowań i kierunków rozwoju mogą się zapoznać w miejscowym urzędzie.
– Zachęcamy mieszkańców do zapoznania się z tym ważnym dokumentem – mówi wójt Ryszard Kalkowski.
Sąsiadująca z Gdynią – gmina Szemud staje się coraz bardziej atrakcyjnym terenem dla przedsiębiorców i nowych mieszkańców. To jeden z powodów tworzenia nowego studium. Dokument ma określić tereny, które przeznaczone będą pod działalność gospodarczą czy nowe budownictwo mieszkalne. Studium gminy Szemud ma być gotowe i przyjęte do końca tego roku.
