W Rumi ogłoszono dodatkowy nabór do programu „Aktywny senior”
W Rumi ogłoszono dodatkowy nabór do programu „Aktywny senior” – w związku z ogromnym zainteresowaniem. W jego ramach mieszkańcy Rumi powyżej 60 roku życia wykonują ćwiczenia ruchowe pod okiem instruktorów siłowni Citygym.
Treningi odbywają się dwa razy w tygodniu. Udział jest bezpłatny pod warunkiem posiadania Rumskiej Karty Seniora lub wniosku o jej wydanie. Z uwagi na ogromne zainteresowanie uruchomiono dodatkową grupę. Jest w niej 20 miejsc. Zainteresowanych dołączeniem do programu „Aktywny senior” odsyłam do strony internetowej miasta Rumia.
