Urzędy Pracy będą bardziej aktywizować bezrobotnych
Duże zmiany czekają Urzędy Pracy. Senat przyjął nowelizację ustawy o nowych formach wsparcia zatrudniania bezrobotnych. Zgodnie z nowymi przepisami – Urzędy będą bardziej aktywizować bezrobotnych i nastawione będą na skuteczność swojej pracy. Jedną ze zmian będzie profilowanie pomocy dla bezrobotnych, czyli dostosowanie form wsparcia wobec tych osób przy uwzględnieniu ich oddalenia od rynku pracy. Zmianie ulegnie także sposób obsługi klientów pośredniaków. Poszukujący pracy i firmy ją oferujące będą trafiać do jednego, konkretnego pracownika zwanego doradcą klienta. Ponadto ustawa wprowadza nowe sposoby wspierania osób bezrobotnych w powrocie na rynek pracy, skierowane do młodych, rodziców powracających do pracy po urodzeniu dziecka oraz osób po ukończeniu 50 lat. To nie będzie rewolucja w naszej działalności – ocenia dyrektor PUP w Kościerzynie Mirosław Ginter. Dodajmy, że nowe przepisy mają wejść w życie w przyszłym roku.
