Rumscy mundurowi otrzymali awanse i nagrody
Strażnicy Miejscy z Rumi z awansami i nagrodami. Otrzymali je w dniu swojego święta.
Dokładnie 21 lat temu uchwalono ustawę o funkcjonowaniu straży gminnej. Z tej okazji w Urzędzie Miasta odbyła się oficjalna odprawa, podczas której komendant Roman Świrski złożył burmistrzowi miasta uroczysty meldunek i odczytał wyróżnienia. Rumska jednostka działa od 1990 roku, obecnie liczy 22 strażników. Tylko w tym roku ujawnili oni ponad 4000 wykroczeń. Od początku roku strażnicy 23 razy udzielili pomocy przedmedycznej, natomiast defibrylator był używany trzykrotnie.
