W Szemudzie powstaje skwer przy skrzyżowaniu ulic Wejherowskiej i Kartuskiej
W Szemudzie poprawi się bezpieczeństwo na skrzyżowaniu ulicy Wejherowskiej z Kartuską. Powstanie też pierwsza w gminie fontanna.
Stanie na Skwerze Niepodległości, w który zmieni się teren przy krzyżówce. Nazwą gmina włącza się w obchody stulecia odzyskania niepodległości Polski, chce też upamiętnić Antoniego Abrahama. Ważne jest także usunięcie gęstego, wysokiego żywopłotu ograniczającego widoczność w kierunku centrum.
– Kończymy już to przedsięwzięcie rozpoczęte w czerwcu kupnem działki – mówi wójt gminy Szemud Ryszard Kalkowski.
Gotowy plac przy skrzyżowaniu Wejherowskiej z Kartuską zostanie uroczyście otwarty 2 września podczas dożynek gminy Szemud.
