W Gdyni zapowiadają modernizację miejskiej infolinii
W Gdyni chcą skrócić czas oczekiwania na telefoniczne połączenie z Urzędem Miasta. Krótszy ma być też czas samego połączenia. Ma temu służyć zakup nowoczesnej platformy komunikacyjnej. Razem z oprogramowaniem będzie ona podstawą nowej infolinii miejskiej.
– Gdynianie miesięcznie dzwonią do urzędu ponad 40 tysięcy razy – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Bartosz Bartoszewicz.
W Gdyni planują wymienić starą centralę i przejść na telefonię internetową, tak by w przyszłości wprowadzić np. wideorozmowy dla osób z niepełnosprawnością. W pierwszej kolejności modernizacja systemu pozwoli skrócić o jedną piątą czas połączenia telefonicznego- ze średnich pięciu do czterech minut. Modernizacja miejskiej infolinii ma być kolejnym ułatwieniem dla petentów. W dni powszednie Urząd Miasta Gdyni jest czynny od 7:00 rano, a Sala Obsługi Mieszkańców także w soboty od 08:00 do 14:00.
