W Rumi radni wskazali lokalizację nowego urzędu miasta
Nowy Urząd Miasta w Rumi ma stanąć przy skrzyżowaniu ulic Dąbrowskiego i Starowiejskiej – zdecydowali radni. To kolejny krok do inwestycji, która ma poprawić warunki przyjmowania petentów i wspomóc kształtowanie centrum kulturalno – społecznego miasta.
– Przy okazji miałaby powstać dalsza część ciągu pieszo-rowerowego nad Zagórską Strugą – wyjaśnia burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny.
W zeszłym roku rada zgodziła się na przygotowanie w tej sprawie procedury partnerstwa publiczno – prywatnego. Miasto miałoby wnieść grunty a jego partner wybuduje ratusz. Jak informuje miejski samorząd – dobiega końca pierwszy etap procedury partnerstwa publiczno-prywatnego, czyli analizy przedrealizacyjne. Natomiast w trzecim kwartale tego roku ma się rozpocząć proces wyłaniania podmiotu prywatnego, który wybuduje nowy ratusz.
