Będzie nowy przetarg na budowę lodowiska w Gdyni
W Gdyni będzie nowy przetarg na budowę lodowiska. Oferty złożone w pierwszym znacznie przekraczały zakładany budżet inwestycji. Miasto zabezpieczyło na ten cel 39 mln zł, podczas gdy oferenci chcieli zbudować obiekt za ponad 71 oraz 58,5 mln zł.
Przetarg unieważniono, miejski samorząd poszuka wykonawcy w kolejnym postępowaniu. Jego przedmiotem będzie budowa hali z lodowiskiem oraz zagospodarowaniem terenu. Budynek powstać ma na Grabówku, w dobrze skomunikowanej lokalizacji przy ulicy Morskiej. Zaplanowano trzy kondygnacje użytkowe, trybunę z miejscami dla 300 widzów, halę garażową, wypożyczalnię łyżew oraz elementy niezbędne dla zawodowych sportowców. Przebudować i zmodernizować trzeba też fragmenty okolicznych ulic.
