„Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej” w Kościerzynie
W Kościerzynie zachęcają przedsiębiorców do włączenia się w akcję „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”. Ta promocyjna impreza odbywa się w mieście zawsze w okresie, w którym przypada Święto Matki Boskiej Zielnej. W tym roku ma potrwać od 13 do 19 sierpnia.
W restauracjach, barach, piekarniach czy cukierniach serwowane są specjały kaszubskiej kuchni. Klienci natomiast wystawiają opinie i mają szansę wygrać nagrody. Miejski samorząd zwraca się właśnie z apelem do przedsiębiorców o pisemne deklaracje wraz z propozycjami menu oraz fundowanej nagrody towarzyszącej. Może to być np. voucher do restauracji. Zgłoszenia będą przyjmowane do 06 sierpnia mailowo bądź w siedzibie Urzędu Miasta Kościerzyna. Oprócz oznakowania punktów biorących udział w akcji i ufundowania konkursowych nagród samorząd podejmie się też promocji „Tygodnia Kuchni Kaszubskiej”.
