W Kameli i Połęczynie powstały nowe miejsca do wypoczynku
Nad Jeziorem Połęczyńskim w gminie Somonino powstały nowe miejsca do wypoczynku – w Kameli i Połęczynie. W Kameli utworzono plażę, umocniono brzeg jeziora, wykonano też pływający pomost i kładkę umożliwiającą wjechanie nań wózkiem inwalidzkim.
Całości dopełnia mała architektura – dwie ławki, stół, wiata rekreacyjna i solarna lampa. Dzięki dwóm tablicom edukacyjnym można zwiększyć swoją wiedzę o rybołówstwie, ozdobą placu jest też rzeźba rybaka. W Kameli utworzono też 6 miejsc postojowych, są tam też dostępne toalety. Całość kosztowała 200 tys zł, podobnie jak inwestycja w Połęczynie pomyślana głównie dla wędkarzy, bo w jej zakresie są dwa pomosty dla nich. Uzupełniają one wcześniej wykonany wiejski park rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowy nad Jeziorem Połęczyńskim. Na przedsięwzięcie w Kameli i Połęczynie gmina Somonino pozyskała na nie dofinansowanie w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Morskiego i Rybackiego oraz Budżetu Państwa.
