W Rumi szykują się do budowy komunalnego budynku mieszkalnego
W Rumi chcą w lipcu rozpocząć budowę komunalnego budynku mieszkalnego. Jeszcze tydzień czekają na oferty w przetargu na wykonawcę prac.
Budynek komunalny ma powstać przy ulicy Żwirki i Wigury, na terenie z potencjałem do dalszej rozbudowy. Będzie to pierwsza od ponad ćwierćwiecza inwestycja tego typu w Rumi. By zebrać potrzebne środki miejski samorząd sprzedał sto mieszkań komunalnych ich lokatorom za jedną czwartą ich wartości – w sumie za 3 mln zł. W marcu tego roku pozyskano też pożyczkę z Banku Gospodarstwa Krajowego umarzalną w 35-u procentach. Szacunkowy koszt budowy to 6 mln zł. Budynek przy Żwirki i Wigury ma pomieścić 32 mieszkania o łącznej powierzchni 1 tys 400 metrów kwadratowych. Mają się tam przeprowadzić lokatorzy mieszkań komunalnych, którzy utrzymują je w dobrym stanie i nie zalegają w płatnościach.
W Rumi liczą, że budowa ruszy jeszcze w lipcu. Najpierw jednak trzeba rozstrzygnąć przetarg na wykonanie prac. Oferty przyjmowane są do 28 czerwca.
