Wandale z Kalwarii Wejherowskiej to nieletni mieszkańcy miasta
Podejrzanymi w tej sprawie są 9-latek i 11-o latkowie z Wejherowa. Chodzi o dwa akty wandalizmu z 5 i 13 czerwca.
Najpierw uszkodzono dwa halogeny podświetlające kaplice przy ulicy Roszczynialskiego, a po kilku dniach kolejnych 6 lamp. Uszkodzone zostały również dachówki i popisana elewacja. Straty wyceniono na ponad 20 tysięcy zł, najwięcej kosztowała wymiana oświetlenia. W toku czynności wyjaśniających i po dokładnych oględzinach zapisów monitoringu wytypowano 11-letniego mieszkańca miasta – informuje Straż Miejska z Wejherowa. Nieletni przyznał się do dewastacji urządzeń kalwaryjskich i wskazał kolegów. Kalwaria Wejherowska jest oczkiem w głowie wejherowskich strażników. Część kapliczek objęto monitoringiem wizyjnym, jest tam 26 systemów alarmowych. Po rewitalizacji pięciokrotnie uszkadzano już kaplice i ich wyposażenie. Za każdym razem sprawcy zostali ustaleni.
