W Gdańsku trwa naprawa w Przepompowni Ścieków Ołowianka
Mieszkańcy miasta nadal proszeni są o ograniczenie zużycia wody, obowiązuje też zakaz kąpieli w wodach Zatoki Gdańskiej. Do awarii doszło wczoraj. Hala przepompowni została zalana. Ekipie technicznej udało się już dotrzeć do pomp – informuje miasto Gdańsk.
Ołowianka odbiera nieczystości z Sopotu oraz tzw. Dolnego Tarasu Gdańska, czyli dzielnic Żabianka, Przymorze, Zaspa, Oliwa, Wrzeszcz, Letnica, Nowy Port, Osowa, Dolne Miasto i Śródmieście. By uniknąć ryzyka cofania się ścieków i podtopień spółka świadcząca usługi wodociągowo-kanalizacyjne zdecydowała o awaryjnym zrzucie ścieków do Motławy. Trwa on od wczoraj. „Nie powinien mieć poważnych skutków ekologicznych, choć nie jest obojętny dla środowiska” – czytamy na www.gdansk.pl. Nie ma zagrożenia dla wody pitnej, jej ujęcia są niezależne i bezpieczne. Nadal obowiązuje sugerowany przez Sanepid zakaz korzystania z kąpieli – informacje wywieszono przy wejściach na plaże. Wciąż obowiązuje także apel o ograniczenie zużycia wody i korzystania z kanalizacji sanitarnej. Dotyczy on ok. 60 proc. mieszkańców Gdańska.
