Hryniewieckiego ciągnie się wzdłuż plaży. Ulica jest gruntownie przebudowywana, bo trzeba było zbudować kanalizację deszczową. W nowej jakości mają być też przy Hryniewieckiego świadczone usługi gastronomiczne. Miasto uzgadnia w tej sprawie szczegóły z inwestorem, który zbuduje według wytycznych nowy obiekt. We Władysławowie mają nadzieję, że nowy obiekt gastronomiczny przy wejściach na plażę także powstanie przed wakacjami. W zamian za jego zbudowanie inwestor może dzierżawić teren przez 12 lat.
