W Kartuzach miejskie targowisko powraca na plac przy ulicy Szkolnej
W Kartuzach targowisko miejskie powróci na swoje historyczne miejsce. Gmina podpisała już umowę z firmą, która zbuduje dwie wiaty handlowe. Powstaną przy ulicy Szkolnej i mają się przyczynić do ożywienia handlu w Kartuzach.
Wiaty o stalowo – drewnianej konstrukcji zbuduje firma z Borzestowa za nieco ponad 480 tys zł. Gmina Kartuzy pozyskała na ten cel 300 tys zł z bieżącego Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich. Targowisko przy Szkolnej ma być uzupełnieniem bazy handlowej przy ulicy Dworcowej. Zostanie na nim wydzielona strefa sprzedaży produktów rolno-spożywczych, w tym miejsca do sprzedaży certyfikowanych produktów ekologicznych wraz z oznakowaniem „Mój Rynek”. Kartuskie targowisko powinno zostać uruchomione najpóźniej w listopadzie tego roku.
