Tegoroczne Pola Nadziei: rekordowe w Kartuzach
Pola Nadziei rekordowe także w Kartuzach. Podliczono już weekendową zbiórkę na kartuskie hospicjum. Podczas żonkilowej akcji kwestowało pond 300 wolontariuszy, zebrano o jedną trzecią więcej niż w ubiegłym roku.
– Tylko dzięki hojności ludzi dobrej woli, jesteśmy w stanie zapewnić opiekę terminalnie chorym potrzebującym pomocy – mówi ks. Łukasz Delewski z kartuskiego Caritasu.
Mieszkańcy powiatu kartuskiego wrzucili do puszek w sumie ponad 115 tys zł. Ksiądz Łukasz Delewski dodaje, że z roku na rok udaje się zebrać coraz większa kwotę. Rekordowe były też zbiórki na rzecz hospicjów w Trójmieście i Pucku. Podczas Pól nadziei zebrano o sto tysięcy więcej niż w zeszłym roku, tj. 663 tys. zł.
