450 lat polskiej administracji morskiej – konferencja w Gdyni | 4.04
Konferencja Naukowa 450 lat polskiej administracji morskiej, na którą patronat honorowy objął Prezydent Miasta Gdyni Wojciech Szczurek, odbędzie się 4 kwietnia 2018 r. w WSAiB im. E. Kwiatkowskiego w Gdyni. Serdecznie zapraszamy, wstęp wolny.
Utworzenie przez króla Zygmunta II Augusta 24 marca 1568 roku Komisji Morskiej, to nie tylko jedno z najbardziej doniosłych wydarzeń w dziejach I Rzeczypospolitej, ale także znaczące wydarzenie w dziejach administracji morskiej. Komisja Morska Zygmunta Augusta była jednym z pierwszych tego typu urzędów w świecie!
Autorzy wystąpień konferencyjnych skoncentrują swoją uwagę na wszystkich etapach dziejów Polski morskiej – od słowiańskich początków aż do funkcjonowania polskiej administracji morskiej w strukturach zjednoczonej Europy. Przedstawią dzieje obecności Polaków na morzu i wybrzeżu w dwóch głównych kontekstach – prawnym oraz społeczno-politycznym. Tematyka ich referatów obejmie administrację cywilną jak i wojskową. W pewnej części skupi się na programie polityki morskiej odrodzonej w 1918 roku Rzeczypospolitej. Pojawią się tu także wystąpienia odnoszące się do współczesnych uwarunkowań działania administracji morskiej i prognoz na przyszłość.
Patronat nad konferencją objął Minister Gospodarki Morskiej i Żeglugi Śródlądowej, Marek Gróbarczyk oraz Wojciech Szczurek, Prezydent Miasta Gdyni.
Konferencja została zorganizowana przez Wyższą Szkołę Administracji i Biznesu im. Kwiatkowskiego w Gdyni w partnerstwie z Urzędem Morskim w Gdyni, Uczelnią Techniczno-Handlową im. Heleny Chodkowskiej w Warszawie oraz Wyższą Szkołą Prawa we Wrocławiu.
Udział w konferencji jest bezpłatny.
