Czego turyści szukają w Gdyni – sprawdzi dla samorządu Akademia Morska. Podpisano już porozumienie w sprawie cyklicznych badań. Miejski samorząd chce m.in. wiedzieć, skąd turyści przybywają do Gdyni, na jak długo i czego oczekują w zakresie rozrywki i wypoczynku.
– Dostosowując promocję czy ofertę do ich potrzeb, będziemy mogli w pełni wykorzystać nadmorski charakter miasta – mówi wiceprezydent Gdyni Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała.
Wyjaśniał Ireneusz Czarnowski, prorektor ds. nauki Akademii Morskiej w Gdyni. Uczelnia ma na swoim koncie prace eksperckie dla przemysłu i biznesu oraz badania o zasięgu międzynarodowym. Teraz przygotuje metody monitoringu ruchu turystycznego skrojone na miarę gdyńskich potrzeb.
