Wejherowski ZUS szkoli z obsługi elektronicznych zwolnień lekarskich
Wejherowski Inspektorat ZUS przyjmuje zgłoszenia na szkolenie dotyczące elektronicznych zwolnień lekarskich. W ten piątek zaprasza lekarzy i personel medyczny, a 23 lutego płatników składek i pracowników biur rachunkowych.
Lekarze od lipca tego roku mają obowiązkowo wystawiać zwolnienia wyłącznie w formie elektronicznej. Na spotkaniu w Wejherowie omówione zostaną Lekarze dowiedzą się jak założyć profil na Platformie Usług Elektronicznych ZUS, jak wygląda obsługa i obieg e-ZLA oraz jakie są formy jego podpisania. Dotychczas można było to zrobić za pomocą profilu zaufanego ePUAP bądź podpisu kwalifikowanego. Od grudnia ubiegłego roku ZUS udostępnił nowe rozwiązanie. Jest nim bezpłatny certyfikat. Szkolenie dla personelu medycznego w wejherowskim inspektoracie odbędzie się 16 lutego. Tydzień później natomiast przedsiębiorcy będą się mogli przygotować do obsługi elektronicznych zwolnień lekarskich – a więc ich odbioru, zarządzania obiegiem, a także archiwizacji. Będą mogli także poznać ważne terminy wynikające z przepisów. Oba szkolenia w Inspektoracie ZUS w Wejherowie są bezpłatne. By się zapisać wystarczy zadzwonić.
