Gmina Władysławowo bliska przejęcia budynku w Jastrzębiej Górze od skarbu państwa. Mowa o willi „Grzybek” wybudowanej w latach trzydziestych ubiegłego wieku, gdy Jastrzębia Góra była letniskiem elity rządowej.
Budynek jest teraz użytkowany przez komercyjną firmę. Gmina chce go wydzierżawić za symboliczną złotówkę. – Ma się tam mieścić biblioteka, punkt informacji turystycznej, będzie też miejsce dla organizacji pozarządowych – mówi burmistrz Władysławowa Roman Kużel. Dokładnego przejęcia willi „Grzybek” jeszcze nie znamy, ale gmina już planuje wykonanie tam instalacji gazowej do ogrzewania budynku.
