Sierpniowa nawałnica wciąż daje się we znaki w Nadleśnictwie Lipusz
Cały ten rok będzie trwało sprzątanie drzew połamanych przez sierpniową wichurę w Nadleśnictwie Lipusz.
– Nawałnica z 11 sierpnia zniszczyła u nas 8 tysięcy hektarów lasu – mówi rzecznik Nadleśnictwa Lipusz Anna Kukier.
Dobiegają tam końca przetargi dla firm, które będą pracowały w najbardziej zniszczonych obszarach. To jest łącznie około 2 mln metrów sześciennych drewna. Dotychczas uprzątnięto jedną piątą. Po usunięciu połamanych drzew od przyszłego roku rozpocznie się sadzenie nowego lasu. W Nadleśnictwie Lipusz potrzeba 80 mln sadzonek. W ich produkcji pomogą nadleśnictwa z całego kraju.
