Na Chwarznie-Wiczlinie powstanie kompleks edukacyjno-sportowy
W Gdyni powstanie nowa szkoła i przedszkole ze żłobkiem dla 650 uczniów – w dzielnicy Chwarzno Wiczlino. Miejski samorząd ogłosił przetarg na jej budowę. Kompleks ma być gotowy w połowie 2019 roku.
Nowa inwestycja ma zaspokoić rosnące potrzeby tej części miasta – w tym także przyszłych mieszkańców. Plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego i strategia wskazują, że to głównie w Chwarznie Wiczlinie rozwijać się będzie budownictwo mieszkaniowe. Przetarg obejmuje budowę budynku szkoły na 24 oddziały i dwie grupy dzieci pięcioletnich. Ma też powstać przedszkole ze żłobkiem składające się z 6 oddziałów. W sumie znajdzie się tam miejsce dla 650 uczniów. Powstanie też sala gimnastyczna, boisko do piłki nożnej i wielofunkcyjne, kort tenisowy, bieżnia i place zabaw. Zbudowany zostanie także nowy układ drogowy zapewniający wygodny dojazd do szkoły, w tym dla autobusów zabierających np. dzieci na wycieczki. Będzie to m. in. nowe rondo na skrzyżowaniu ulic Wiczlińskiej i Filipkowskiego oraz nowe drogi rowerowe. Budowa całego zespołu ma się zakończyć w lipcu 2019 roku. Szacunkowa wartość inwestycji to około 50 milionów złotych.
