Uspokoić nastroje i zapewnić o pomocy Urzędów Pracy – z taką misją wczoraj do zwalnianych pracowników szpitala w Kościerzynie przyjechał marszałek województwa. Wciąż z tych rozmów nie wiele wynika – mówiła po spotkaniu niezadowolona załoga lecznicy. Przypomnijmy, że do sierpnia w zadłużonym na 50 mln złotych szpitalu pracę ma stracić około 230 osób. To jedna czwarta załogi. Zwolnienia są elementem planu naprawczego, który od początku tego roku jest realizowany w spółce. Jej 100 procentowym udziałowcem jest samorząd województwa. Stąd wizyta marszałka, który chciał uspokoić nastroje wśród załogi. Udało mu się jedynie zobowiązać zarząd szpitala do lepszej komunikacji z pracownikami – mówi Radiu Kaszëbë Arkadiusz Błaszczyk wiceprzewodniczący Ogólnopolskiego Związku Zawodowego Lekarzy w Kościerzynie. Choć władze szpitala i województwa zapewniają, że plany restrukturyzacji są jawne. To od 1,5 miesiąca związki, mimo wielu apeli, nie otrzymały wciąż od zarządu lecznicy dokumentów dotyczących planu naprawczego. Nadal nie ma też ostatecznej listy osób, które będą zwolnione. To budzi duże niepokoje załogi – dodaje Błaszczyk. W obronie zwalnianych pracowników szpitala stanęli też miejscowi samorządowcy. W najbliższy piątek odbędzie się specjalna sesja z udziałem marszałka województwa. Jej głównym tematem będzie sytuacja w szpitalu w Kościerzynie.
