Gala wręczenia Medalu Stolema dla księdza Romana Skwiercza
Dzisiaj w Gdańsku studenci z Klubu Pomorania po raz 50 wręczą „Kaszubskiego Nobla”, którym nazywany jest Medal Stolema. Tegorocznym laureatem został najbardziej znany na Kaszubach gawędziarz ks. Roman Skwiercz.
– W tym roku nagradzamy ks. Romana za całokształt jego osobliwej działalności – mówi prezes Klubu Pomorania, Ewelina Stefańska.
Medal Stolema uznawany jest w środowisku kaszubskim za jedno z najbardziej prestiżowych wyróżnień, które przyznawane jest przez młode pokolenie działaczy Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko-Pomorskiego. W 50-letniej historii zostali nim nagrodzeni m.in. Ginter Grass, Donald Tusk czy Danuta Stenka. Medal przyznawany jest za wielkie i oryginalne dokonania dla Kaszub i Pomorza. Uroczysta gala wręczenia Medalu Stolema dla księdza Romana Skwiercza odbędzie się dzisiaj w Ratuszu Staromiejskim w Gdańsku o godzinie 18:00.
