Wydaniem drugiego tomu Odysei Kaszubskiej Edmund Szczesiak świętuje jubileusz 50-lecia pracy twórczej.
Dziennikarz i publicysta jest autorem wielu artykułów i książek o Kaszubach, dziś jego benefis w wejherowskim muzeum. Najnowsze dzieło Szczesiaka nosi tytuł „Drogą do nieba. Śladami Remusa. Mała odyseja kaszubska.” Zabiera nas w podróż z Kościerzyny do Wejherowa, trasą jaką przebył Remus – bohater powieści Aleksandra Majkowskiego. Intrygujące miejsca i postacie środkowych Kaszub autor konfrontuje z opisami zawartymi w „Życiu i przygodach Remusa”. Wydaniem drugiego tomu Odysei Kaszubskiej zajęło się Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko-Pomorskiej oraz Wydawnictwo Region. Jej promocja odbędzie się jutro w Wejherowie – zaprasza współwydawca Jarosław Ellwart. Promocja książki wraz z benefisem Edmunda Szczesiaka odbędzie w wejherowskim muzeum o 18:00.
