Co z lotniskiem Gdynia-Kosakowo po wygranej w sądzie?
Minie co najmniej rok, zanim na lotnisku Gdynia – Kosakowo zaczną lądować cywilne samoloty – oceniają w Gdyni. Miasto planuje działania po wygranej przed sądem Unii Europejskiej, który przyznał mu rację w sporze z Komisją Europejską.
– Teraz przygotowujemy nowy plan ściśle współpracując z Komisją Europejską – zaznacza wiceprezydent Gdyni Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała.
Trzy i pół roku temu komisja stwierdziła, że pieniądze przekazane przez Gdynię i Kosakowo były niedozwoloną pomocą, co zahamowało powstawanie nowego portu lotniczego. Zanim lotnisko zacznie obsługiwać awionetki i nieduże samoloty prywatne, należy uporać się z bankructwem spółki Port Lotniczy Gdynia-Kosakowo – mówi Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała. Zgodnie z orzeczeniem sądu w Luksemburgu, koszty obsługi prawnej, jakie poniosła Gdynia w związku z postępowaniem, zostaną jej w całości zwrócone przez Komisję Europejską.
