Grad medali w Pucharze Świata w Armwrestlingu Złoty Tur w Rumi
24 medale wywalczyli Polacy w zawodach Pucharu Świata Zawodowców i Niepełnosprawnych w armwrestlingu Złoty Tur w Rumi. Do rywalizacji na hali tamtejszego MOSiR stanęło prawie 400 zawodników z ponad 30 krajów.
– To były dla naszych reprezentantów bardzo udane zawody – podsumowuje prezydent Federacji Armwrestling Polska, Paweł Podlecki.
W rozgrywanym w sobotę i niedzielę turnieju zawodowców tylko dwoje Polaków stanęło na podium: najbardziej utytułowana polska armwrestlerka Marlena Wawrzyniak zdobyła brązowy medal na lewą i srebrny medal na prawą rękę, Alex Kurdecha na prawą rękę wywalczył brąz. Worek z medalami biało-czerwoni rozwiązali w poniedziałek i wtorek, podczas turnieju niepełnosprawnych, zdobywając 22 krążki. Puchar Świata Zawodowców w Armwrestlingu oraz turniej dla niepełnosprawnych rozegrano w Rumi już po raz trzeci.
