Wejherowscy strażnicy miejscy częściej kontrolują cmentarze – mają też kilka rad dla odwiedzających groby swoich bliskich. Wejherowskie nekropolie i ich okolice od wczoraj są pod baczniejszą opieką mundurowych.
Strażnicy patrolują cmentarze przy ulicy Roszczynialskiego i 3 Maja oraz przyległe tereny i parkingi. Pomaga im też monitoring. Kontrole mają przyczynić się do poprawy bezpieczeństwa osób odwiedzających groby najbliższych. Na stronie internetowej Straży Miejskiej opublikowano też kilka porad, jak ustrzec się złodziei gdy naszą uwagę pochłaniają prace porządkowe na grobach. Przede wszystkim lepiej nie zabierać na cmentarz cennych rzeczy, a torebkę zawsze mieć w zasięgu wzroku. Warto też by znicze, które zostawimy na grobie, miały nadpalony knot. Kwiaty oznaczmy farbą bądź w inny widoczny sposób. W ten sposób uniemożliwimy złodziejom ich ponowną sprzedaż. Wzmożone kontrole straży na wejherowskich cmentarzach potrwają do 05 listopada. Mundurowi opublikowali też na swojej stronie internetowej mapkę ze zmianami w ruchu na Wszystkich Świętych. Będą one obejmowały głównie dzielnicę Śmiechowo południe.
