Harcerze w Rumi świętowali 85-lecie hufca ZHP
Podczas sobotniej gali nagrodzono stowarzyszenia i instytucje, które wspierają rumskie harcerstwo. Doceniono także drużynowych, gromady zuchowe i kręgi instruktorskie. Specjalne wyróżnienie – złoty medal za zasługi dla harcerstwa w Rumi – otrzymała harcmistrz Zofia Borakowska, angażująca się w działalność hufca od 1964 roku.
– Za tę służbę należy się podziękowanie, a nasz jubileusz to doskonała okazja – mówił komendant hufca harcmistrz Bogdan Formella.
Rumski hufiec skupia ponad 400 osób, w mieście jest znany m.in. z prowadzenia Programu Pomocy Żywnościowej.
