Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Rumi szuka rąk do pracy
Porady psychologa, kwalifikacje i szansę na nowy start – dostanie 20 wykluczonych społecznie i zawodowo mieszkańców Rumi. Tamtejsze Centrum Integracji Społecznej szuka rąk do pracy.
– Przyczyny wykluczenia są bardzo różne, łączy je wspólny mianownik – problemy z powrotem na rynek pracy – mówi inicjatorka utworzenia rumskiego CIS, radna Karolina Rydzewska.
Znaleźć ją można m.in w zawodach budowlańca, tapicera, pracownika administracji samorządowej czy pomocy kuchennej. Pierwsze zajęcia już 16 października – 4 dni poświęcone będą warsztatom zawodowym, piąty to nauka: języka angielskiego, obsługi komputera, podstaw prawa i pierwszej pomocy. CIS utworzył miejski samorząd, bo – jak tłumaczy burmistrz Rumi Michał Pasieczny – choć w mieście prężnie działają MOPS i Klub Integracji Społecznej, to Centrum przyniesie obopólne korzyści. Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Rumi ma co roku przeprowadzić 30 mieszkańców miasta przez ścieżkę reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej. Na warsztaty rozpoczynające się w przyszłym tygodniu wciąż są jeszcze wolne miejsca.
