Przeszli szkolenia i otrzymali komputery z dostępem do Internetu
W Żelistrzewie w gminie Puck podsumowano dziś program E-szansa. W konferencji w Domu Kultury wzięło udział ponad stu beneficjentów – czyli osób, które skorzystały ze szkoleń i otrzymały bezpłatnie komputery z dostępem do internetu. W gminie Puck około 90% mieszkańców może korzystać z internetu, sytuacja ma się jeszcze poprawić po ukończeniu budowy sieci światłowodów – co ma nastąpić jeszcze tego roku. Z możliwości jakie daje dostęp do sieci korzysta już 130 rodzin, dzięki programowi finansowanemu częściowo z unijnej dotacji. Pół miliona złotych wydano na sprzęt, kolejne 300 tysięcy na szkolenia z obsługi podstawowych programów. W dobie powszechnej cyfryzacji program miał polepszyć sytuację rodzin, których nie stać na zakupienie komputera i opłacenie dostępu do internetu – mówi wójt gminy Puck Tadeusz Puszkarczuk. Na konferencji w Żelistrzewie promowano nowe możliwości, jakie zyskali uczestnicy projektu e-szansa – m.n. telepracę. Program e-szansa dzisiaj podsumowano, ale na tym nie koniec – beneficjenci przez pięć lat będą korzystać z bezpłatnego internetu i serwisu. Utworzono też ogólnodostępne stanowiska w domach kultury i szkołach podstawowych. Jest też dobra wiadomość dla osób którym nie udało się wziąć udziału w projekcie – ruszył nabór do jego drugiej edycji. Zainteresowanych odsyłam do strony internetowej gminy Puck.
