Rolnicy z gminy Kartuzy podziękowali za tegoroczne plony – dożynki odbyły się, choć zboże jeszcze na polach.
Według szacunków do zebrania zostało jeszcze 20 procent upraw – a poprawy pogody nie widać, część pól jest podmokłych bądź dotkniętych przez nawałnice. – Rolnicy pracują jeszcze ciężej niż zwykle, więc dożynki tym bardziej musiały się odbyć – mówili uczestnicy zabawy, z którymi rozmawiał Piotr Szyca. Najlepszy wieniec dożynkowy w gminie Kartuzy przygotowało sołectwo Kiełpino, a najlepszy kołacz mieszkańcy sołectwa Kosy. W sąsiedniej gminie Sierakowice zapowiedziano już natomiast, że z zaplanowanych uroczystości dożynkowych odbędzie się w ten weekend tylko msza święta – z uwagi na zniszczenia wyrządzone przez nawałnicę.
