Szykują smakołyki – na „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej”
W Kościerzynie szykują smakołyki – na „Tydzień Kuchni Kaszubskiej” rozpoczynający się w najbliższy poniedziałek. To czwarta edycja akcji, która ma propagować naszą kuchnię i ściągać do miasta turystów.
– Lokal cieszący się największą popularnością otrzyma prestiżowe wyróżnienie – wyjaśnia dyrektor Kościerskiego Domu Kultury Jan Dittrich.
Restauracje, bary, a nawet cukiernie czy piekarnie przygotowują na tę okazję kaszubskie specjały – a klienci je oceniają i wygrywają nagrody. Tym razem do akcji włączyło się 12 restauracji – z Kościerzyny i okolic. Listę opublikował w internecie Urząd Miasta Kościerzyna, ma też udostępnić menu. „Tydzień kuchni kaszubskiej” potrwa od 14 do 20 sierpnia.
