W Kartuzach oddano do użytku tzw. „małą obwodnicę”
W Kartuzach oficjalnie oddano do użytku tzw. „małą obwodnicę”, czyli leśny odcinek ulicy Chmieleńskiej.
To trasa spinająca dwie drogi wojewódzkie, wybudowano ją prowizorycznie w latach 80 jako objazd podczas budowy kanalizacji. Później kierowcy wykorzystywali ją jako skrót, niezbędna była już gruntowna modernizacja. Na uroczystym otwarciu przebudowanej drogi był Piotr Szyca.
