Gdynia dołączyła do programu „Rekomendowany Pracodawca”
Gdynia, jako pierwsze miasto w Polsce, dołączyła do programu „Rekomendowany Pracodawca”. Mają się w nim znaleźć firmy dbające o wysokie standardy zatrudnienia.
– Jest skierowany do pracodawców, którzy zatrudniają etycznie i chcą to pokazać – wyjaśnia pomysłodawca programu Marcin Fiedziukiewicz.
Program „Rekomendowany Pracodawca” wymyślony został przez twórców aplikacji rekrutacyjnej Jobsquare. Dzięki rekomendacji firmom będzie łatwiej dotrzeć do wykwalifikowanych pracowników. – To Jobsquare zwrócił się do nas z propozycją współpracy, ale my poszukujemy tego rodzaju partnerów – podkreśla Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała, wiceprezydent Gdyni do spraw gospodarki. Do programu „Rekomendowany pracodawca” zgłosiło się już kilkaset firm z całego kraju, ale to Gdynia jest pierwszym oficjalnym miastem partnerskim projektu. Miejski samorząd planuje utworzenie punktu konsultacyjnego i organizowanie warsztatów dla pracodawców poszukujących wykwalifikowanych pracowników.
