Związki zawodowe chcą zaniechania zwolnień grupowych
W spór zbiorowy z zarządem szpitala specjalistycznego w Kościerzynie wchodzą związki zawodowe. Domagają się zaniechania zwolnień grupowych. Stosowne pismo już trafiło do prezesa szpitalnej spółki. Przypomnijmy, kilka dni temu zarząd lecznicy ogłosił plan naprawczy, według którego zwolnionych ma być 230 pracowników czyli prawie 1/4 załogi. Powodem są ogromne długi szpitala, sięgające ponad 50 mln złotych. Związki zawodowe nie zgadzają się na tak duże zwolnienia i zapowiadają walkę o każdego pracownika. W planach jest między innymi manifestacja na ulicach Kościerzyny i spór zbiorowy z zarządem szpitala. Jak mówi szef zakładowej Solidarności Andrzej Pufelski zwolnienia grupowe pogorszą bezpieczeństwo i warunki pracy pozostałych pracowników, a w konsekwencji pogorszą jakość świadczonych usług. Związkowcy już rozpoczęli procedurę sporu zbiorowego. Jeśli nie dojdą do porozumienia z władzami szpitala, zgodnie z prawem pracowniczym będą mieli prawo do strajku ostrzegawczego a ostatecznie do podjęcia akcji strajkowej.
