Można się rejestrować na warsztaty o świadomym macierzyństwie
Nadal można się rejestrować na warsztaty o świadomym macierzyństwie, które odbędą się jutro po południu w szpitalu w Gdyni. Spotkanie adresowane jest do przyszłych rodziców i kobiet w ciąży, odbędzie się w ramach programu „Świadoma mama”.
Omówione zostaną m.in. tematy związane z porodem i przygotowaniami. W programie jest m.in. wystąpienie ginekologa, położnej, dietetyka, instruktorki fitness. Będą też konsultacje ze specjalistami ze Szpitala Morskiego w Gdyni, który będzie gospodarzem warsztatów. Odbędą się one jutro w lecznicy przy ulicy Powstania Styczniowego 1 w Gdyni w godzinach 13:00 – 16:00, w budynku nr 5 Szpitala Morskiego. Można przyjść z osobą towarzyszącą, wstęp jest bezpłatny.
