W Rumi ogromne zainteresowanie zajęciami fitness z Ewą Chodakowską
W Rumi w tę sobotę szykuje się prawdziwa gratka dla miłośników sportu i zdrowego wycisku – darmowe zajęcia poprowadzi gwiazda fitness Ewa Chodakowska.
– Lista zapisów zamknęła się błyskawicznie, ale rozszerzymy ją jeżeli dopisze nam pogoda – mówi przewodniczący rady miasta, Ariel Sinicki.
To część cyklu “Lipiec w Rumi”. W sobotę będzie można poćwiczyć, zasięgnąć porady m.in. z zakresu układania planów treningowych, zdrowego żywienia czy jogi czy też zrobić sobie zdjęcie z gwiazdą. Zajęcia odbędą się na obiektach Miejskiego Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji. Sobotni trening z Ewą Chodakowską w Rumi rozpocznie rejestracja uczestników o godzinie 10:00, całe wydarzenie potrwa 7 godzin. Uczestnicy proszeni są o zabranie maty do ćwiczeń, odpowiedniego stroju i obuwia oraz dowodu tożsamości. Wodę przynieść można wyłącznie w plastikowych butelkach i bidonach.
