Gdynia rozpoczyna realizację programu Mieszkanie Plus
W Gdyni wbito pierwszą łopatę pod budowę mieszkań finansowanych w ramach programu Mieszkanie Plus. Na Kaczych Bukach powstanie 171 lokali.
– Po raz pierwszy w skali kraju i w ramach tego programu współpracujemy z prywatnym podmiotem – podkreślał obecny na uroczystości wicepremier Mateusz Morawiecki.
To pierwsze miejsce na Pomorzu, w którym oficjalnie rozpoczęto budowę rządowych lokali adresowanych do młodych ludzi, którzy nie mają zdolności kredytowej na własne cztery kąty. Lokale wybudowane będą na półtora hektarowej działce należącej do dewelopera, który w kolejnych latach chce postawić kolejne. Gdyński samorząd także szykuje się do budowy Mieszkań Plus. – Na ten cel przeznaczyliśmy 7 hektarów gruntów – mówi prezydent Gdyni, Wojciech Szczurek. Docelowo w Gdyni ma powstać około 1000 lokali finansowanych w ramach programu Mieszkanie Plus. Ich budowa na Pomorzu planowana jest także m.in. w Pelplinie i w Starogardzie Gdańskim.
