Rumia szykuje się na Światowy Zjazd Kaszubów
Dwa tygodnie zostały do Zjazdu Kaszubów – w Rumi szykują dwie sceny, nowy deptak, ostrzegają już też mieszkańców o utrudnieniach w ruchu.
Największa impreza plenerowa promująca kulturę i dorobek Kaszubów odbędzie się 01 lipca. Tym razem gospodarzem jest Rumia, która szykuje się na tysiące gości. Będą kaszubscy artyści, malowanie kaszubskiego graffiti, strefa gastronomiczna i zabaw dla dzieci. W Rumi mieszka dużo ludności napływowej, której miasto przypomni o swoich kaszubskich korzeniach. Zjazd będzie też świętem dla mieszkańców pielęgnujących swoje kulturowe dziedzictwo. Z dwutygodniowym wyprzedzeniem Rumia uprzedza mieszkańców o utrudnieniach. 01 lipca zamknięta będzie ulica Mickiewicza od Dębogórskiej do Czechowa. Tamtejsi mieszkańcy mogą odbierać przepustki w Referacie Promocji i Komunikacji Społecznej Urzędu Miasta.
