Proceder nielegalnego obrotu paliwem zlikwidowali pomorscy celnicy. Kontrola ciężarówki zaprowadziła ich do firmy w Tucholi.
Samochód poruszający się na oleju opałowym funkcjonariusze Pomorskiego Urzędu Celno – Skarbowego w Gdyni zatrzymali na krajowej 20. Auto należało do firmy w Tucholi, gdzie znaleziono nielegalną stację paliw. Były też cztery kolejne pojazdy zatankowane olejem opałowym, w zbiorniku zamontowanym w garażu 5 tys. litrów tego paliwa oraz dowód zakupu kolejnych 3 tysięcy litrów. Firma nie posiadała przy tym żadnych urządzeń grzewczych zasilanych olejem opałowym.
Łączna wartość wykrytego paliwa to 18 i pół tys. zł, zaś uszczuplenie podatku akcyzowego prawie 11 tys. zł. Oszustom grozi wysoka grzywna.
