Gdynia otrzymała unijną dotację na termomodernizację
Nawet do 90 procent mniej za ogrzewanie 14 wielorodzinnych budynków komunalnych będą płacić w Gdyni. Będzie to możliwe po remontach, na które miejski samorząd otrzymał ponad 7 mln zł unijnej dotacji.
To nieco ponad 66 procent kosztu inwestycji, która ma poprawić efektywność energetyczną 14 obiektów i poprawić jakość życia prawie 600-t gospodarstw domowych. Projekt jest trzyletni. W tym roku obejmie budynki przy: Zielonej, Wójta Radtkego, Ujejskiego, Zamenhofa, Opata Hackiego, w przyszłym przy Dickmana i Chwarznieńskiej, a w 2019 roku Kołłątaja, Kalksztajnów, Wileńskiej. Planowane jest m.in. przyłączenie budynków do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej, budowę dwufunkcyjnych węzłów cieplnych czy montaż instalacji c.o. oraz c.w.u. Do tego wymiana okien i drzwi, docieplenie ścian, stropów piwnicznych, montaż ciepło- i wodomierzy.
Oprócz dużej oszczędności energii, zamiany te przyczynią się do redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych i poprawy jakość powietrza. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji wyniesie ponad 2 i pół tysiąca ton równoważnika CO2 – czyli średnio o 82 procent.
