Ośrodek Szkoleniowo-Kolonijny w Warzenku będzie rozbudowany
W Warzenku w gminie Przodkowo rozpoczęła się rozbudowa ośrodka szkoleniowo – kolonijnego. Wczoraj wmurowano kamień węgielny pod nowy obiekt.
– Powstanie trzeci budynek przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych z wielofunkcyjną salą, pomieści też 23 pokoje – wylicza ks. Piotr Brzozowski zastępca dyrektora Caritas Archidiecezji Gdańskiej.
Ośrodek prowadzi Caritas Archidiecezji Gdańskiej. Do Warzenka przyjeżdżają w lecie i podczas zimowych ferii dzieci w wieku 7-13 lat. Kreatywnie spędzają tu czas pod okiem wolontariuszy, nabór prowadzony jest w parafiach. Teraz mają mieć lepsze warunki i więcej miejsca. Rozbudowa ośrodka w Warzenku ma się zakończyć w przyszłym roku. Wsparcia finansowego udzielił m.in. samorząd województwa pomorskiego, PFRON i Fundacja Energa.
