Zmiana organizacji ruchu przy dworcu głównym PKP w Gdańsku
Przy dworcu głównym PKP w Gdańsku zmieni się organizacja ruchu – z inicjatywy gdańskiej Straży Miejskiej. Kierowcy powinni odczuć poprawę w ciągu dwóch tygodni. Ma też być bezpieczniej.
Kilka tygodni temu przy dworcu w Gdańsku niemal na całym terenie wprowadzony został zakaz zatrzymywania pojazdów. Oznakowanie, choć zgodne z prawem, strażnicy uznali za mało życiowe. Kierowca, który przywozi pasażera i chce go zostawić przy hali dworcowej, albo jest skazany na płatne miejsce postojowe, albo łamie przepisy i naraża się na mandat. Zamiast jeździć na interwencje Straż Miejska zainicjowała spotkanie m.in z zarządcą dworca i dróg, którego wynikiem będą korzystne dla kierowców zmiany.
Sprzed wejścia głównego znikną betonowe słupki, pomalowane w żółto-czarne paski, a w zamian będą dwa bezpłatne miejsca postojowe dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Wyznaczone zostaną też przynajmniej cztery dodatkowe miejsca postojowe. Ustalono, że zmiany te zarządca wprowadzi w ciągu 14 dni.
