Na podpowiedzi czekają w starostwie powiatowym w Kościerzynie. „Serce Kaszub” to nagroda starosty kościerskiego za wkład w promocję i rozwój powiatu.

Przy ocenie wniosków pod uwagę brany jest wpływ działalności kandydatów na promocję i rozwój Powiatu Kościerskiego, innowacyjność działania czy jego cykliczność.
