230 tysięcy złotych z Wejherowa dla organizacji pozarządowych
Prawie 230 tysięcy złotych – na sport, kulturę i ochronę zdrowia – rozdysponował wczoraj wejherowski samorząd. To już drugie w tym roku spotkanie, podczas którego władze miasta dofinansowały organizacje pozarządowe.
– To pokazuje, że wiele organizacji w mieście chce działać aktywnie – mówi prezydent Wejherowa, Krzysztof Hildebrandt.
Umowy z wejherowskim samorządem podpisało 7 organizacji pozarządowych na realizację łącznie 12 zadań – m.in.profilaktykę uzależnień alkoholowych, wsparcie osób niepełnosprawnych, działalność uniwersytetu trzeciego wieku i promocję sportu. – Bez tych pieniędzy nasza działalność byłaby niemożliwa albo bardzo ograniczona – podkreślali beneficjenci. Na wsparcie organizacji samorządowych wejherowski samorząd miejski zabezpieczył w tegorocznym budżecie łącznie 630 tysięcy złotych.
